Refund policy

We require that the lead booker ensure that all group members are aware of the following conditions.

Payment Terms

1. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

2. For bookings exceeding 30 days, a 50% deposit of the total booking is required.

Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits are non-refundable.

2. If cancellation occurs more than 1 month prior to arrival, the deposit can be applied to a future booking.

3. Full payment is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival.

4. No refunds will be issued for late or early departures.

Force Majeure

Our standard terms and conditions apply during regular business operations. We can not accommodate cancellations or postponements due to personal reasons within the 30-day window.

Risk Acknowledgment

By booking, you acknowledge that you bear the risk of unforeseen circumstances, including personal reasons or adverse weather conditions.

Special Dietary Requirements

Vegetarian options are available at Pondo Homestead with 2 weeks’ prior notice.
